Key Responsibilities:

To take the lead for managing the delivery of our fire and safety risk assessments and consultancy services across the UK, including:

Helping to ensure adequate and competent technical resources are in place to deliver our services

Managing the quality of delivery and report validation process

Managing technical queries and supporting key clients

Direct delivery of Assessments and/or consultancy services, as required

Working with the Senior Management team to help drive business growth, in line with agreed KPIs.

This role would ideally suit someone who is looking for a new and exciting challenge and would want to be part of a business embarking on an ambitious growth strategy. Salary range indicated is a guide only and will be agreed subject to experience and perceived value. Additional financial incentives and benefits will be available to the successful applicant.

Experience:

Min 5 years' experience of delivering fire and safety risk assessments, including within the residential block management and/or social housing sectors. Relevant Fire Safety qualifications and memberships required and a recognised Fire Safety qualification, ideally to Level 5 minimum. A Life Safety Fire Risk Assessor qualification, through an accredited 3rd Party, would be considered advantageous. Operations management experience within a similar sector would be considered a distinct advantage Must be IT literate and able to work confidently and effectively with modern software platforms (training will be provided)

Salary: 55,000.00-70,000.00 per year dependant upon experience
