Job Description

We're looking for an experienced

Client Administrator

to join our Employee Benefits team in Manchester. This is a key role for someone who enjoys managing client portfolios, providing high-quality administrative and consultative support, and helping deliver a first-class employee benefits experience.


You'll support a team of consultants by managing a portfolio of client Employee Benefits. These include

Group Personal Pension (GPP), Group Life Assurance (GLA), Critical Illness Cover (CIC), Group Income Protection (GIP), Private Medical Insurance (PMI), Health Cash Plans (HCP), Dental and Travel Insurance.



You will also act as a central point of contact for clients, ensuring their benefits are administered efficiently while supporting consultants in delivering tailored solutions.


What we're looking for (essential)



experience in an employee benefits-related role strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills excellent verbal and written communication skills proactive, able to work independently while collaborating with a team positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

What you'll be doing



managing and administrating a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients working closely with consultants to ensure clients' needs are met, including attending client meetings where required maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients managing client affairs promptly and accurately planning, prioritising, and organising your workload to meet agreed service standards building effective working relationships with colleagues and external contacts
