NFU Mutual West Essex are recruiting for a Client Adviser to join our small but dynamic office in Takeley.

As a Client Adviser within our vibrant team, you'll play a key role in the success of a local business. You'll specialise in insurance and financial services, build relationships and ensure our customers are always well cared for.

Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle new enquiries, alterations and renewals. You will also maximise inbound sales opportunities by cross selling insurance and financial services to existing clients. You will receive commission on new business sales.

The salary will be 22,000 to 32,000 depending on experience. The position will be full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break. However we would consider part time or a job share. Please include details of your ideal working pattern with your application.

The holiday allowance is 25 days, plus bank holidays and you will also receive an additional days holiday to be taken on your birthday. Following probation, you will receive Bupa health cash plan benefits.

You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at Grade C/5 or above including English Language and Mathematics.
