Job Description

As a Client Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering Sustainable Energy First's first-class Validation and Client Analysis Service. You will drive strategic client engagement, query management and deliver accurate validation service.


Your primary responsibilities will include -


Invoice Validation Client Management Sustainability Quality/Behaviours
You will work closely with the wider teams in the business to ensure the highest level of client analysis, demonstrating analytical expertise, stakeholder management and strategic insight.


Requirements



Ability to analyse problems, situations and information, think laterally and present innovative and feasible solutions Ability to keep calm under pressure & multi-task effectively Good communication skills, both written and verbal Relationship Management skills to ensure high quality of service delivery and management of stakeholders Good planning and organisational skills Ability to continually adapt and learn new ways of working Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and drive own development Commercial awareness and ability to influence key stakeholders' decision making to drive revenue opportunities

Salary: 28,000-31,000 per annum


Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off
