Client Care Advisor- Part time

We are an independent small animal practice in the heart of the Ribble Valley. We are currently an experienced four vet team offering both GP and some referral surgery/orthopaedics and ophthalmology. We have 6 consulting rooms, 2 operating theatres, and also dental and imaging suites.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, forward thinking Client Care advisor to join our small team in setting the standard for exceptional pet health care and customer service.

Main duties are greeting clients, answering phone calls, cashing up, admin duties and general cleaning. There will also be an element of assisting the nursing team with cleaning duties when required.

We are looking for good communicators who will give a warm welcome to the pets and owners visiting our practice. Client care is key to our practice ethos. There is scope within the practice to grow and develop with us.

Competitive salary, training allowance, 16.5 hours a week including Tuesday 1-7pm, Thursday 9.30am-7pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am-12.30pm, paid lunch breaks, no out of hours, 6.6 weeks holiday including Bank holidays pro rata, Birthday leave day off, staff discount.
