We take pride in delivering high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences. To support our expanding client base, we are looking for a dedicated Client Care Advisor to join our team.
About the Role
As a Client Care Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting clients through online communication channels, providing clear information, and ensuring their needs are handled professionally and efficiently. This remote role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, well-organised, and comfortable working independently. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to client enquiries via email and digital support channels
Provide accurate and friendly assistance regarding services, updates, and processes
Ensure client requests are handled promptly and professionally
Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal team
Maintain detailed and accurate records in line with company procedures
Contribute to a positive and supportive client experience
Requirements
Strong written communication skills in English
Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote workspace
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong attention to detail
Previous client support or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
