We are currently seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Client Change Manager.

The primary purpose will be the Client Change Management team provide dedicated support to key clients in response to Client Initiated Change Requests. The Senior Manager role will be accountable for the prioritisation, planning, delivery and reporting of client changes for his/her assigned HSS clients, as well as the management of the team members.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for client throughout the delivery of client change requests and ensure progress/issues are clearly communicated to the client
  • Produce and track key Change MI and KPIs across all within the CCM team, reporting regularly and accurately, both to clients and for internal status updates / risk management purposes
  • Build key relationships with internal Securities Services stakeholders, ensuring that CCM team is aware of the forward load/roadmap and have the necessary plans in place to assist with delivery of these within the agreed parameters of the project.
  • Challenge where best practice/behaviour is not evident, so that the team continues to improve and reduce/eliminate errors
  • Understand in detail of the client\xe2\x80\x99s Change agenda and roadmap bringing together our D&D deliverables to provide solutions and efficiency in our offering
Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following:
  • Effective communications and ability to tailor based on audience
  • PowerPoint and the ability to contextualise data into a meaningful narrative
  • Proactive in information gathering and driving change
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and clients to ensure expectations are met- even if they aren\xe2\x80\x99t to everyone\xe2\x80\x99s liking
  • Project / programme management and reporting
The base location for this role is Edinburgh and London.
