Customer Delivery & Management is a subset team within Global Platform Solutions (GPS) Marketing and Engagement. With compelling communication we give our members and clients information and the power to build a better future. We must increase our clients' financial awareness and knowledge of any changes to their pension plans and make clear any actions they are required to take, to ensure better financial outcomes for them.
About the role
The Client Comms and Marketing Manager's main focus is to assist and support the Comms Consulting and B2B Workplace Marketing functions within the team.This will involve providing administrative and campaign/proposition improvement support to both these functions, whilst also working closely with the Distribution, Sales, RfP, PR and Editorial Content teams.There will also be ownership of a small number of 'Tier 1' clients that are largely self sufficient but on occasion may require additional, more bespoke, support.
The role requires an experienced individual with the ability to multi-task and organise various projects. The role is focused predominantly on assisting with communication campaigns aimed at increasing employee engagement with their pension plan. They will also help co-ordinate propositional improvements to support this aim both internally, to clients the wider pension market.
This role will be based in Kingswood and requires flexibility in terms of work hours and a willingness for occasional travel within the UK.
Key accountabilities
The responsibilities of the role will be:

  • Assisting communications consultants on various projects/campaigns or work groups
  • B2B Marketing support in communicating propositional improvements
  • Owning a small number of Tier 1 clients and ensuring efficient management of these
  • Gathering date on webinar statistics and member engagement for month end reports
  • Report distribution to relevant front office team
  • Attending conference calls with internal colleagues and potentially clients/trustees of a pension plan
  • Ensuring strong collaborative connections with the B2B and Engagement marketing teams
  • Maintaining the SharePoint site and ensuring that all team processes are well documented
  • Identifying and implementing new efficiencies within the team
  • Management of schemedocument amends/production (working within Adobe Acrobat Pro) and briefing these into Document Production or external design agencies via Workfront
  • Drafting letters from templates and reviewing of member letters
  • Ensuring invoices are reviewed and approved
  • Compiling literature and merchandise for events and co-ordinating couriers with the post room
  • Re-ordering of merchandise and ensuring stock levels are kept up to date and topped up within our stock room
  • Provide structure within team meetings to ensure the team remains focused as well as collating weekly notes and circulating where appropriate
  • Maintaining our client allocation list
About you
  • Ability to take a full brief from, qualify key dates and deliverables and translate these requirements into creative/production briefs to internal colleagues responsible for their delivery
  • Good understanding of pensions generally and specifically,
  • A marketing/account management background
  • Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail as part of our quality and process control processes
  • Experience of working within a regulated financial services environment
  • Ability to make a positive impact and have good influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Show high levels of ability and initiative with information finding and problem solving
  • A 'can do' attitude and high focus on successful project delivery and completion are a must
