Role Purpose



The purpose of the Client Coordinator role is to provide essential administrative and operational support to Client Managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience across all touchpoints. The Coordinator plays a key role in the background operations of client account management, supporting the preparation of high-quality documentation, coordinating internal communications and reporting, and maintaining accurate records that contribute to overall client satisfaction and retention.

Working closely with the Client Manager, the Coordinator assists in supporting client meetings, tracking action items, and supporting the implementation process. This role also contributes to the production and distribution of internal and external reports, supports the planning and delivery of client training sessions, and helps ensure internal processes run effectively. By maintaining a high level of organisation and attention to detail, the Coordinator enables the Client Manager to focus on strategic initiatives and commercial opportunities within client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities



Taking an analytical approach to review new and existing client data portfolios to identify needs and potential business opportunities Act as a key point of contact to a designated client base within Acquis, building and maintaining strong working relationships Support the Client Management and other teams across the business involved in new client implementations, taking the lead with all administrative activities Oversee the production and distribution of quality, accurate reporting internally and externally Manage the production and distribution of quality, accurate company mailing packs and brochureware Support in the design of training programmes for internal and external clients in line with business requirements Support the development and management of designated client accounts alongside the Client Managers Coordinate within internal departments to meet client needs and objectives Support the Client Management team and wider business with external communications and ad-hoc projects

Personal Requirements/Skills - Qualifications



Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Must be analytical and have an acute attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Strong time management and organisational skills Experience in producing reports is desirable Experience in data analysis is desirable
