Job Description

AW Wealth Ltd is a Managing Partner Practice of St. James's Place, based in Solihull in the West Midlands, looking after clients all over the country.

The Practice has over thirty years of experience offering a personal, face to face wealth management service.

We aim to help both individuals and businesspeople to fulfil their aims and aspirations, offering that all important 'peace of mind' for the future. With expert, tailored advice, we believe that no two clients are the same and therefore developing an understanding, long term relationship is essential to deliver the very best service we can offer.

This role is being the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients. This will involve arranging client meetings and supporting the Practice in organising marketing events for both existing and prospective clients. You will be helping in other areas of the office, which makes this an interesting and varied position, and will appeal to someone with a 'can do', proactive attitude.

Specifically, your role will involve:



Ensuring that client review meetings are booked and conducted within the appropriate timescales

Liaising with Advisors to ensure efficient diary management to maximise opportunities

Proactively engaging with third parties, such as the Chamber of Commerce and following up to arrange business introductions

Help with organising and setting up events to support new business which could be outside of office hours

Being available as a friendly point of contact for client enquiries as and when necessary, both via telephone and email

Ensuring CRM data is up to date and compliant

Supporting other members of the team with routine office duties

Ordering Client gifts and seasonal gifts i.e. desk calendars

Contribute to all projects within the Practice, taking ownership of delivery where relevant

Full training will be given.

About you:



We are looking for someone who has:

The aptitude to embrace new technology to improve client experience

The ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Excellent attention to detail

A high degree of digital competence: Existing knowledge of Salesforce, Calendly and the Microsoft Suite is advantageous

This is a full-time role with typical hours of 9-5pm. There will be occasions where start and finish times will vary due to the need to establish contact with clients outside of normal offices hours on a regular basis.



Hybrid working optional post completion of successful probationary period

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
