The Job
We're looking for an individual who shares our ethos that the customer is at the heart of everything we do. We are striving to help as many people as possible to reduce their energy bills and live a more energy efficient and eco conscious life. The right candidate will be a key contributor in this and will need to be comfortable and confident talking to potential customers through numerous communication channels. Although the role is primarily telephone-based and verbal communication will play a big part, there will also be a need for strong email communication skills. You will be talking with potential customers about the benefits of the grants on offer and how the energy efficiency measures we can install will help them. At Smart Energy Homes we want to do things the right way and great listening skills will be key to ensure we are highlighting the unique selling points of what we're offering and make sure our customers understand all the great benefits. This role is extremely rewarding as we are, in many cases, helping people get themselves out of fuel poverty and the right candidate will really thrive in the role. We also believe in utilising the strengths of everyone in our organisation and as the company continues to grow there will be potential opportunity for progression.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a sales pipeline of internet enquiries
Warm outbound call to gather information and qualify the client
Deal with inbound calls to secure appointments
Maintaining engagement with customers throughout their journey
Take a customer through the qualification process explaining the benefits of insulation and renewable energy, as well as why they should become a client of Smart Energy Homes

Requirements
Previous sales/customer service experience
Experience in the energy efficiency industry preferred but not essential
