ESPC is looking for a Client Experience Co-Ordinator to welcome homebuyers and all customers into our new Property Lounge in George Street, working within an established and friendly team.

We pride ourselves on our customer relationships. You'll be making every visitor feel welcome, and will help point them in the right direction on their property journey. They may be a first time buyer, unsure of what they need to do first, or an investor looking to become a buy-to-let landlord, or perhaps someone who has not bought or sold a property in a long time, and would prefer to talk though the whole process with our Experts in person, rather than online.

The job



You will effectively be the face of ESPC for all these people, finding out what they are looking for, and advising them of all the services we have to offer, via our extensive network of Solicitor Estate Agents, or our in-house Lettings team and Mortgage Advisers.

Not only that, you will help with coordinating regular consumer events including first time buyer events, and if you've got some ideas of different events we could host in our new home, we'd love you to try them out!

When not dealing with customers coming into the Lounge, you will also be there to help our Solicitor Estate Agents via email if they need a hand or have a question to answer.

The requirements



We're looking for confident, friendly self-starters who have experience in customer-facing roles within the professional service sector e.g. bank, building society, estate agency etc. The successful candidates will have impeccable organisational skills with the ability to show initiative and an eye for detail, while also exhibiting a mature attitude and professionalism at all times.

Previous experience in property is highly desirable and a major advantage for securing this role.

You will be based in our George Street Property Lounge. This is a full time role working Tuesday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm.

You'll receive a competitive salary depending on experience plus, post-probation, be eligible for a discretionary annual company bonus.
