Key Resposibilities
As a Ratiobox Finance Manager, you will deliver high-quality finance support to a portfolio of clients, including:
Perform month-end close and reconciliations
Prepare accurate balance sheet reconciliations
Produce management accounts and reporting packs for senior review
Work closely with senior stakeholders within clients' businesses, providing support, insight and performance reporting
Manage project costing, monitor recurring revenues and track WIP
Produce ad hoc reporting, including cash-flow forecasts
Oversee and deliver day-to-day client finance requirements
Manage the output, development and quality control of Ratiobox team members
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including escalation and account management
Contribute to internal process improvement and operational development
Support and train accounting and bookkeeping team members on their journey to professional qualification
Provide internal reporting and help identify process efficiencies

About you:
ACMA/ACCA part-qualified, MAAT qualified, or qualified by experience
Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting
People management experience (training and support available)
Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (Oracle, SAP)
or
demonstrable technical ownership of SME accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
Strong communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
Highly organised, able to manage a varied and demanding workload
Strong problem-solving ability with a completer-finisher mindset
Customer-focused, with experience supporting both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborative team player with the ability to build, support and motivate others
