This isn't your average customer service job. You'll become the go-to happiness expert across our clinics, helping clients feel special from their first enquiry to their final treatment. You'll coordinate bookings, resolve queries, upsell experiences, and ensure every interaction leaves clients saying, "WOW."
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing multi-clinic client bookings with professionalism and a smile.
Handling incoming calls, emails and messages with warmth and efficiency.
Coordinating with clinic teams to ensure smooth diaries and top-tier experiences.
Upselling Glow+ packages, treatment add-ons, and upgrades with confidence.
Following up with clients post-visit and encouraging long-term loyalty.
Representing the brand voice of Glow+ Skin Club and The Transformation Clinic Group.
Proactively solving client concerns and turning challenges into client wins.
Assisting with reporting, feedback collection, and client satisfaction checks.
You're Perfect for This Role If You:
Love connecting with people and making them feel heard, valued, and excited.
Have experience in customer service (beauty, wellness or hospitality preferred).
Are super organised and love a fast-paced day with variety.
Have great phone manner and confident communication skills.
Are tech-savvy and ideally familiar with CRM or booking systems (Go High Level is a bonus!).
Have a natural ability to upsell without pressure--just good vibes and great service.

(Monday to Saturday shift patterns available)

Pay: 12.20-14.50 per hour
