As our firm continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable and driven Client Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing client relationships and overseeing high-quality work delivery.
The Role
As Client Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting, tax, and advisory needs are met. You will supervise workloads, review completed work, and support junior team members while maintaining strong client relationships built on trust and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients, providing timely advice and exceptional service.
Review accounts, VAT returns, management reports, and corporation tax computations.
Oversee workflow to ensure deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard.
Identify opportunities to add value through advisory work and process improvements.
Mentor, support, and develop junior members of the team.
Build long-lasting relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
About You
Experience in an accountancy practice

Fully qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
Strong technical knowledge across accounts, tax, and compliance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Able to manage multiple deadlines, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
A proactive mindset, with a drive for delivering value to clients.
