Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities

Summary of Role

We're looking for a super organised, ambitious and entrepreneurial Client Manager with a passion for sustainability to lead on exciting, purpose-driven accounts and projects. You will have experience working as an Account Manager and/or client-facing Project Manager in an agency/consultancy, or as a Programme Manager (or similar) in-house, delivering strategic projects or change programmes.

This role will be perfect for you if you want to make a positive impact, working with ambitious clients to help them make purpose and sustainability central to their business strategy, culture and operations. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, while building excellent relationships with our clients.

Every client's challenge is different, so you might find yourself supporting a team of strategists in developing a strategy to align sustainability impact with business performance, managing a Net Zero target setting programme or co-creating and implementing a new corporate purpose and behaviours. There will be plenty of variety and the chance to gain a range of experience working with well-known brands. You will also provide non-client facing support to the strategists in the team, particularly around scoping, pricing and setting up new projects.

You'll report into the Client Director who will support you with career development and opportunities. You will work with strategists from the Leadership and Change team on a mix of core accounts and smaller projects, and you'll collaborate with sustainability experts from other teams on cross-business line projects.

The Leadership & Change teams blends purpose, strategy, transformation, learning and innovation to help businesses unlock the performance benefits of sustainability. We partner with clients to build leadership and create lasting, people-powered change within their organisations.
