The Role
As a
Client Manager
, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of client relationships and projects. You'll be the key point of contact for senior stakeholders -- ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, client needs are met, and new opportunities for impact are identified.
This role is designed for someone
early in their career
-- whether you're a recent graduate with outstanding potential or have experience in public affairs, communications, or stakeholder engagement. You'll receive training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure across campaigns, client management, and strategic communications.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts.
Manage the delivery of campaigns and projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
Work closely with policy teams to develop impactful strategies and communications.
Draft briefings, reports, and presentations that capture insights and recommendations for clients.
Identify opportunities for clients to grow their influence, partnerships, and public profile.
Track project deliverables, budgets, and KPIs, providing regular updates to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Represent the consultancy at client events, site visits, and external meetings.
What We're Looking For
Strong academic achievement
or relevant professional experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple projects.

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)
