We're looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking

Client Manager

to join our team and be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients, offering a blend of accounting, tax, planning and advisory services.



This role is not just about managing accounts; it's about understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored advice that helps them achieve their goals. You will be the trusted advisor, the go-to person who clients rely on for guidance, expertise and clarity.

Key Responsibilities





Build strong and lasting relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients Understand client goals and challenges, proactively offering solutions that add value Organise and attend client meetings to best understand their needs Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of services - this includes the preparation and review of annual accounts, tax returns and one off advisory projects Support and mentor junior team members


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





Part or fully qualified in a professional accountancy and or tax qualification Solid experience within a similar role within an accountancy practice Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, taxation and financial management Build trust with ease, communicate with clarity and take genuine pride in seeing your clients succeed Proficient in accounting and tax software Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is willing to share knowledge and support colleagues
