About the role

We're looking for a personable and detail-focused Client Manager to join our specialist car insurance team. You'll be helping clients find tailored insurance solutions, ensuring their policies meet their unique needs.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, Saturdays 09:00-12:00

What you will be doing

Handling inbound calls to provide specialist car insurance quotes. Gathering client and vehicle information to accurately price policies. Managing policy changes, renewals, and finance agreements. Ensuring all documentation is verified and accurately filed. Advising clients on policy options to suit their individual circumstances. Attending car shows and events to represent Brentacre when required.
Who we are looking for

Here's what we're hoping you'll bring to the role:

Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach. Confidence working over the phone and occasionally face-to-face. High attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records. Experience in insurance or financial services is desirable. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. A collaborative mindset and willingness to attend events when needed.
