Client Onboarding Executive - Conveyancing

A growing law firm are expanding their Bishops Waltham team and are looking for someone who brings both personality and professionalism to the front of their conveyancing process. If you enjoy being the calm, confident guide at the very start of a client's property journey, this is the perfect role.

You'll work closely with a Partner to welcome new clients, handle inbound enquiries, provide clear estimates, and prepare files so the conveyancing team can hit the ground running. Think of this as the firm's "Maitre d'": the first handshake, the reassuring voice, and the organised operator who sets everything up correctly from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling inbound enquiries from referrers, walk-ins, and online contacts. Providing estimates and quotations for residential conveyancing work. Building rapport quickly and making a positive, confident first impression. Opening new matters and gathering all relevant information and documents. Ensuring clients are onboarded smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. Working closely with a Partner to prepare cases before they move into the main conveyancing workflow. Maintaining accurate records and keeping clients updated on next steps.

What We're Looking For

A bright, engaging communicator who enjoys speaking with people. Strong understanding of the early stages of residential conveyancing (experience in a conveyancing assistant, receptionist, or onboarding role is ideal). Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Confident giving information and estimates clearly and accurately. Someone who thrives in a role that blends customer service with administrative precision. A naturally friendly presence - warm, helpful, and able to build trust quickly.
