We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Client Operations Administrator. The purpose of the role is to process work received into the area, meeting productivity and quality targets. Key deadlines must be met each day in order that all work is successfully completed. Thereafter to take follow up action to ensure outstanding queries are resolved and customer accounts are effectively maintained.
In this role, you will:

  • To accurately code payments to the correct client/customer using various enquiry screens.
  • Prepare and bank all cheques received into the business on a daily basis.
  • To accurately and efficiently reconcile customer accounts.
  • Ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation.
  • Continually reassess the operational risks, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practice.





Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer or client facing role.
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Experience working within a team and being able to prioritise work tasks.
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
  • A display of high work standards, a self-starter with the drive to succeed.

The base location for this role is Worthing with a Hybrid working model.
