We are looking for a Client Operations Executive where you'll be responsible for arranging engagement visits to our client sites, ensuring each of our Field Sales Executives have a full and productive schedule to help them meet their daily targets.


You'll be building strong relationships with our clients to ensure a successful working relationship.





Your responsibilities will include:





Arranging engagement visits with client contacts over the phone.


Build and maintain strong relationships with key client site contacts to ensure benefit programme rollouts are delivered on time and in line with client expectations.


Ensure assigned Field Sales Executives have sufficient viable appointments each day to achieve their objectives.


Handle on-site issues during rollouts, resolving or escalating them as appropriate.


Ensure client data is correctly formatted and accurately maintained in the CRM system.


Meet agreed volume, quality, and performance (KPI) targets.


Adhere to employment legislation, FCA principles, Consumer Duty, "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF), and other relevant compliance requirements.

Experience and Knowledge you will need for the role:





Able to establish and maintain good working relationships built on trust and the ability to challenge.


Customer focus - the genuine desire to understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner, exceeding expectations where possible.


Experience in speaking with customers, either face to face or over the phone.


Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.


Experience of planning and scheduling work to tight deadlines would be an advantage.


Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
