We aim high, our TNC recipes and quality checks delivered by a whole team in unison wanting our accounts and tax returns to be proactive & excellent but at the same time delivering the best personal customer experience too. We go out of our way to make each and every customer feel special at every touch point from the very first 'thank you' gif to remembering their birthdays.

We ask our customers, staff, suppliers and community to recommend us, they are our greatest advocates & good news travels fast. We have grown by over 25% every year for the last 10 years and have opened our second office, we plan to open more.

Where you are likely to be at the moment



Working in an accountancy firm but feeling unsupported, under pressure, taken for granted and overworked. What you will be doing



Delivering excellence

- overall responsibility for your portfolio of clients ensuring every aspect of their bookkeeping, accounting and compliance is delivered to the TNC practice standards.

Keeping customers happy

- Looking after your allocated clients as the senior point of contact with regular calls, meetings, contact points and dealing with all accounts & tax related client questions and being an all round good egg.

Giving good pro-active advice

- Pre and post year end meetings with clients to guide clients in profit extraction in line with customer requirements and the TNC practice standards and more importantly to make sure they understand it.

Problem solving

- really connecting with the client activities taking a step back approach solving client frustrations, bottlenecks by selecting apps and other systems to Xero and actually having the time and space to do it.

Supporting your team

- you can't do it all on your own, in fact your team will do most of it for you. Share your knowledge with your team and nuture them, oversee clear rules and good quality bookkeeping will be delivered up to you. We have the recipes and systems to deliver the highest standards.

KPI Results driven

- at the end of the day we let our clients know the right amount of tax to pay and when to pay it, no nasty surprises and plenty of time to plan for us all. Your reports are our KPI's, make sure management accounts are issued, annual accounts and corp tax are delivered according to the TNC global schedule.

What we are looking for



Likely to be chartered or part qualified and aiming for completion Likely to have had hands on experience in running your own company or had industry placement experience Ideally to have 12 months + experience producing accounts FRS105 and corporation tax for submission Have a great client facing personality, nothing is too much trouble, take time to get to know and have a laugh with your clients. We are here to help and we are not boring, dull, grey accountants

MUST

be Xero Certified and used to connecting banks, payments, importing and integrations with the Xero ecosystem. Be a decision maker making reasonable choices to deliver results without putting the client at risk or compromising the TNC practice standards. Hardworking & reliable for your team. None of us are busy fools but when we do work your team will make every second count and you should too.

Flexibility to choose what your working week looks like

. We need to know in advance and do need you in the office four days a week but you can choose a work mix of Cirencester, Highworth and home and vary the hours to suit your family & home commitments

- if we hit or beat our profit budget in the year a significant bonus is shared with the whole team based on booked hours and KPI's achieved in the year. We all deliver happy customers so if the Company does well, we all do well

28 days paid holiday (FTE), 5 days carry policy

and unlimited holiday if you need a bit of extra time off

30,000-36,000 depending on experience and responsibility

- we have a wide range of customers and can find a portfolio of clients that could support a fresh management accountant or a seasoned professional.

Pay: 30,000.00-37,500.00 per year
