Pay:
13 - 13.50/hour (16,224 - 16,848 /year for 24 hrs/week).
Additional hours available depending on quality of work.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for a well-organised individual who can schedule our lessons, maintain our financial records and act as a point of contact for our clients, making sure they have an outstanding customer experience.
This role will suit someone who takes pride in attention to detail - whether it's managing the timetable with precision, following up with families, or keeping our systems accurate and up to date.
Leap Lessons has a dynamic team, and we love to play to people's strengths. If you have skills in areas like social media, events, or community engagement, there's room for those to become part of your role - especially where they help us strengthen our client relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Finding the right classes for new students and guiding them through the preliminary process
? Overseeing the music school's timetable
? Handling changes in client and teacher availability
? Maintaining our financial records
? Maintaining resources that track each student's progression toward their goals
Note: This is a post-sales role.
WHAT SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS ARE NEEDED?
Essential:
Minimum two years' experience in customer service
Excellent computer skills
Strong written communication -- polished, warm, and free from errors
Desirable:
An interest (not necessarily experience) in marketing, promotion or event management
Full UK driver's license and access to a car.
