We're looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to join our growing and ambitious team. While you will have flexibility to work remotely, you will be expected to come into our Central London office a couple of a days a week to collaborate with key team members. This balance offers the best of both worlds: remote work flexibility while fostering creativity and teamwork through in-person collaboration.
This is a key supporting role within the business development function, reporting into the Head of Client Strategy and working closely with the Global Head of Marketing. The successful candidate will play a vital part in attracting new clients through strategic outreach, CRM management, and campaign coordination -- with significant exposure to senior stakeholders and room for future development.
This is not a sales role -- instead, it is focused on driving the engine behind business development, ensuring smart, timely communication with prospects and a well-maintained CRM system that supports commercial growth.
Key qualities for the role include:
Prospect Engagement & Outreach
Execute targeted campaigns using HubSpot workflows to engage potential clients and book meetings for the Head of Client Strategy.
Follow up with warm leads, including those who have downloaded marketing content or previously shown interest.
Conduct LinkedIn outreach to identify new prospects and initiate contact with those outside the existing CRM.
Work with provided or co-developed copy, and track which messaging strategies drive the best response rates.
Lead Preparation & Meeting Support
Research companies and individuals ahead of first meetings to provide relevant context and insight to the client strategy team.
Support meeting follow-up by preparing bespoke materials such as slides, case studies, and summary documents--primarily using PowerPoint.
Sit in on occasional meetings as needed, with potential to grow this aspect of the role depending on your interest and experience.
CRM & Reporting
Take ownership of the HubSpot CRM: maintain clean, up-to-date records, log meetings, track funnel progress, and ensure accurate categorisation of leads.
Create and improve reporting dashboards that help evaluate business development activity and identify what's working--and what isn't.
Skills and Expertise:
Demonstrable experience using CRM (ideally Hubspot, but Salesforce or another similar tool is also fine), including workflow creation, campaign execution, and data maintenance.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written communication and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Confident using PowerPoint to help prepare client-facing materials.
An analytical mindset--comfortable tracking performance and suggesting improvements.
