We're looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team--someone who is passionate about workplace wellbeing, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in seeing projects through from start to finish.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our client services team, you'll take charge of managing relationships with corporate clients, guiding them through the full delivery of our services--from first enquiry to implementation and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling and hosting introductory meetings with prospective clients
Maintaining warm, professional relationships with existing accounts
Coordinating talks, training, and events with internal teams and external speakers
Managing logistics for our monthly health & wellbeing talks package
Supporting lead generation and outreach via Apollo and Salesforce
Representing Thrive4Life at London-based expos and networking events
Ensuring a smooth and high-quality client experience from end to end
Who We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
A confident, warm, and articulate communicator
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Experienced in client-facing roles--sales or events experience a bonus
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Comfortable using CRM systems and fast on IT tools (Salesforce knowledge ideal)
A strong team player who can also work independently
Based within commutable distance of both Esher and London City (South West London & Suburbs)
Bonus points if you've worked in the health, wellbeing, or training sectors!
