The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and driving sales growth by promoting our unique services and securing tree purchases. This role requires generating new leads, meeting sales targets, and communicating effectively with both clients and team members.

Due to expansion we are looking for a new team member for full-time work Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Office-Based Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively contact existing and prospective clients, build strong relationships, assess their needs, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout the tree purchasing process.
Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth planning and delivery of felling, planting and maintenance operations with client satisfaction at the core.
Consistently meet or exceed sales and engagement targets set by the company.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the company database.
Provide weekly updates to the team on client feedback, any concerns, and suggestions for service improvements.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to confidently advise clients and make informed recommendations. Seek additional training or clarification from the team where needed.
Foster good working relationships by collaborating closely with all departments to streamline workflows and communication.
Site Visit Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan each site visit efficiently to maximise productivity and minimise costs, including using tools like Google Earth to identify the primary site and surrounding areas for additional opportunities.
Complete detailed site report and work closely with the Client Director to review the report and provide an accurate valuation for the purchase of trees from landowners, land agents and farmers.
Keep the team, database, and job board updated with any client communications, ensuring all necessary details are captured for upcoming work.
Collaborate with the wider team before each job to develop a well-structured, cost-effective job plan that benefits both the company and the client.
Collaborate with operational leadership to set and achieve performance and improvement goals aligned with business objectives.
Demonstrate strong communication, planning, and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and proactive attitude.
Attend industry conferences and networking events as needed to stay informed on market trends and help generate new business leads.
Travel to estates and sites across the UK as needed, maintaining excellent relationships with landowners and third-party stakeholders.
Maintain a strong focus on environmental responsibility and compliance, and keep informed on the latest government based schemes and opportunities for landowners.
The ideal candidate will:
Have proven experience in a client management or similar role, with a strong understanding of sales processes.
Self motivated with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a knack for building rapport with clients.
Land agency experience is an advantage but not essential.
