Due to an exciting new business development, we have a vacancy in our Operations team and are looking for people who have the ability to be part of the continued growth of the company.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Product Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing one of our core products we provide to our clients. This position requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and essential understanding and awareness of the importance of data privacy.
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing one of the products/services we offer to UK banks.
Responsible for communicating with our clients by videocall, phone and email and with the banks third party suppliers.
Being a friendly and professional contact point for our client's and their staff, communicating with stakeholders at all levels
Performing daily/weekly/monthly data checks on data from clients and their third-party suppliers. Checking data flows and quality of the data
Look for efficiencies and improvements that can be made to the products
Produce timely and accurate Management Information for clients
Analysing data where required by management, clients and stakeholders
Support to clients and stakeholders through a helpdesk system and ad hoc requests
Potential to also be involved in some accounting tasks such as monthly invoicing albeit no specific accountancy knowledge/qualifications are needed to apply
Experience
Extremely numerate with an A Level in maths being desirable
Familiarity with phone / video call etiquette and professional communication standards is essential
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at various levels
Experience in data entry, reconciliation and ability to analyse data is desirable
Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to provide superior customer service
Proactive, with a can do and inquisitive attitude
Self motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong computing, PC and Internet literacy - Higher understanding of excel essential
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities at short notice
The role would be based out of our office in Kidlington, Oxfordshire albeit after a successful probation period there is the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis of office and home working.

Pay: 23,000.00-26,000.00 per year
