Job Summary


The Client Services role is essential in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication, supporting the company through sales generation. The job holder will be working closely with the Head of Parking UK and our sales colleagues based in Hull. They will play a vital role in supporting sales activities, ensuring orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of client service.

Responsibilities:



Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Process enquires, sales and purchase orders for manufactured and sub-contracted products. Responsible for completion of new customer account application forms alongside the customer. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and improve client satisfaction. Create accurate sales invoices for all shipped orders daily and email/post in a timely manner. Work closely with the planning and production teams to ensure your clients lead-times are met. Collaborate with the Head of Parking UK and Hull-based sales colleagues to support business growth initiatives. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and account activity in line with company systems and procedures. Manage pricing enquires and supply estimates/prices to the sales team and clients as appropriate. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and supporting best practice across the team. Review of stock product portfolios with the appropriate advice with a view to highlighting slow moving and non- moving stock items with the aim of minimising the risk of obsolete stock.

Experience:



Previous experience in a client services, sales support, or account management role. Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction Experience working with order processing systems and CRM platforms Background in the parking, transport, or related industries is desirable but not essential.

Collaborative team player with the flexibility to support colleagues across Client Services and Sales functions. The ability to identify and assess individual client's needs Able to provide support to Head of Parking when required
