Following recent expansion, we are seeking an experienced Client Services & Estimator to join our friendly, talented team at our Verwood facility.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in

luxury print, box-making, and high-end packaging

. You will be the vital link between our clients and production team, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely estimates using

Tharstern

quoting software Liaise directly with clients to understand project requirements and deliver outstanding customer service Work closely with our production team to manage projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery Maintain and develop strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals Support the sales team with technical advice and production solutions Uphold Dayfold's reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer care

About You:

Minimum

3 years' experience

in a similar role within luxury print, packaging, or box-making

Proficient in Tharstern

estimating software (essential) Strong understanding of production processes, materials, and finishing techniques Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
