Role Purpose
The Client Services assistant will be dedicated to offering our clients the best possible experience when visiting our office. Working closely with the Client Services team this individual will provide a concierge style of role taking full responsibility for the maintenance of all meeting rooms, ensuring we are fully prepared from an IT and hospitality perspective for both client and internal meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Meeting Rooms
Bookings made for the day are reviewed and meeting rooms are set up ready for the day ahead in the correct seating style
IT kit is connected and installed in advance of the meeting
Hot and cold beverages are prepared, with coffee machines and fridges fully stocked
Clear away promptly following the meeting and refresh the meeting room ready for the next client experience
When catering is required for client meetings, ensure that this is ordered with the relevant provider and presented to clients in a timely manner
Place the grocery order for delivery
Ensure stationery in the meeting rooms is fully stocked throughout the day
Ensure that coffee machines are thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day and sterilised when required
Client Waiting Area
Waiting area to be kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times
Reading material is refreshed and well stocked
Ensure that the coffee machine is ready for use and cleaned/sterilised at the end of each day
Kitchens
Ensure that all kitchens in the office are fully stocked with milk, tea, coffee and squash.

Technical Knowledge
Good level of IT knowledge, particularly in the setup of IT equipment
Able to assist the client with any IT enquiries regarding the setup of if their own IT equipment while visiting our office
Experience of working in a multi taking environment with a strong focus on client service
Previous experience of working within a Reception, Hospitality team is advtangeous
