We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Services professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients within the financial services sector. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Duties
Provide outstanding support to clients by addressing enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Utilise our CRM to manage client interactions, track service requests, and maintain accurate records.
Analyse client feedback and service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding updates, changes, and new offerings within their financial services portfolio.
Assist in the development of client service strategies that align with company objectives.
Experience
Proven experience in a client role, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Hubspot, GoHighLevel or similar CRM software is helpful but not essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building deeper client relationships.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
