We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic and commercially focussed Client Services Team Lead to join our exciting client services department. At instantprint, our aim is to help all businesses look amazing with print. We treat every single one of our clients, whether they\'re a \xe2\x80\x9cone-man band\xe2\x80\x9d or a national corporation, as a business partner whose relationship we value and nurture.

Working across multiple channels including phone, chat and email our Client Services team consistently delivers exceptional Client service and commercial results for the brand. As one of our Client Services Team Leads you will be responsible for driving an incredible client experience through your team of Client Service Advisors, championing a commercial culture within the team, plus managing the day-to-day inbound contact traffic.

At Instantprint, we are a friendly bunch of talented individuals whose mission is to make print buying easy for small businesses. This role is vital to ensure our passionate brand values are communicated to clients through every interaction. Working in a high volume B2B environment, you will be responsible for ensuring your team members are driven to hit targets plus work with the Client Services Manager to coach and develop your team.

The Role:

This role is office based 5 days a week

Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:30

Salary Range - \xc2\xa326,057 to \xc2\xa328,122

  • Previous experience of leading a team within a customer facing environment
  • Experience creating and delivering training to team members that helps provide an excellent customer experience.
  • The ability to influence sales through exploring client\'s needs and unstated needs
  • Experience leading and developing a team of customer/client service advisors and holding them accountable to hit targets
  • The ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still working with precision and a high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to remain resilient in the pursuit of performance while overcoming any challenges
  • A confident communicator, both face to face, over the phone and via email
  • The ability to work independently and have a proactive attitude
  • A desire to improve on your own knowledge
  • You will be a team player and complement our Client Services team
  • Effective management of your own plus your team\'s time to deliver efficiency and effectiveness
  • High levels of accountability
  • Processing orders, booking an order and taking payments
  • Providing insights and reporting to management
  • Using customer feedback to help inform strategic decisions
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience delivering 1-1s.
  • Experience working in a high volume B2B client environment.

The Company

Our combined office, production and training facilities are located in Wath Upon Deane which is located close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster. Our state-of-the-art 165,000 square foot facility is just a 15-minute drive from either the M1 or A1M and boasts ample free on-site parking. We\'re also located on a major bus route which is just a few minutes away from the train stations of Mexborough, Swinton and Wombwell.
