About the Role




WPS are looking for a

Client Support Advisor

to join our team supporting the

Aviva contract

. This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality service to our client and customers, acting as a central point of contact and ensuring requests are handled efficiently and professionally.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service or administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and values flexible, hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities



Act as a first point of contact for client and customer enquiries Log, update, and manage service requests accurately via internal systems Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate works Provide clear updates and maintain excellent communication throughout each job Ensure all tasks are completed in line with service level agreements (SLAs) Maintain accurate records and support reporting where required

About You



Previous experience in a

customer service, helpdesk, or support-based role

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Confident using IT systems and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Organised, proactive, and customer-focused Experience within

property services, repairs, FM, or utilities

is desirable but not essential
