We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Client Support Advisor
to join our team in Manchester. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver service excellence
Maintain accurate records and update systems with job progress and outcomes
Support the planning and scheduling of works, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to support smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
