Handle client enquiries via phone and email in a friendly and professional manner Deliver outstanding customer service through active listening and clear communication Accurately input and maintain client records within our CRM system Assess client needs and feedback to recommend appropriate services or solutions Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that add value Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth, end-to-end service delivery Maintain professionalism and empathy when resolving client concerns or complaints
