The Role:
As a Client Support & Engagement Coordinator your role will be varied. You will be a key source of support for our clients across the UK & Ireland. Your role will involve providing efficient, friendly, and solutions-focused support, helping clients get the most from our services and technology platforms, whilst also supporting internally with the organisation and delivery of our services such as in person and virtual training events, and supporting with marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal with prospective client enquiries including technology demonstrations
Onboard new clients & provide necessary training and support
Support with the organisation & delivery of client training events both in person and virtually
Support with the creation of educational content & support materials
Support with the organisation & delivery of company marketing initiatives
Manage effective communication between the company and our clients
Any other duties as requested by management
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills - clear, warm, friendly and professional
Confident & experienced in customer service
Confident with public speaking
Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
A problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
Highly organised with attention to detail
A team player with a genuine interest in helping others succeed
Can work well across several teams in the business with a proactive approach
Able to travel and stay overnight and/or at weekends when required
Familiarity with martial arts and the martial arts industry would be an advantage
Desirable Criteria:
Experience of working in an office environment
Experience of corporate events
Basic knowledge of video conferencing or virtual event platforms (such as Zoom)
Basic knowledge of online platforms such as Canva & Mailchimp
Basic knowledge of working with data and complying with GDPR
Knowledge of current social media platforms
An interest in technology & CRM platforms
