One.World began in 1989 when Kathy and Sidney Bensohn left Cape Town for London, importing beautifully handcrafted Swazi candles. What started as a small side project has since evolved into a thriving, family-run homeware and furniture brand, now led by their sons Jason and Jamie.

The Role:
We're looking for a motivated
Client Support Executive
to join our Sales team at our Chessington office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for interiors and a strong sense of customer care to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting sales processes, and helping to grow and nurture client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting all aspects of the customer journey -- from product inquiries to post-delivery support.
Allocating and releasing customer orders to the warehouse.
Upselling and cross-selling products from the One World range.
Building strong, lasting relationships with customers.
Collaborating with the Sales and Warehouse teams to meet service standards and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Passion for homeware, interiors, and One World products.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Highly organised with good attention to detail.
Self-motivated, proactive and team-oriented.
Able to manage tasks in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale sales environment.
Numerical competency and commercial acumen.
Ability to communicate clearly at all levels, including with Directors.
Familiarity with internal systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
