Karntek Ltd, located in Stafford, is a specialist fire safety consultancy. The company is going through an exciting period of growth and is now looking for a Client Support Executive to join the team.


We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Client Support Executive to join our busy sales team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Sales Team and ensuring the smooth running of our sales operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and confident in providing a high standard of administrative and client support.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue quotations on behalf of the Sales Team Accurately input and process sales orders Liaise with clients regarding quotations, orders and general enquiries Keep the sales and performance statistics up to date Compile weekly figures for the sales meeting Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed Assist in handling client queries and manage email correspondence professionally Coordinate with relevant colleagues to support in tracking quote progress during sales team absences Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including quotation conversions and follow-up activities Work closely with the scheduling team to ensure a smooth handover of job details, providing all necessary information for external assessors

Requirements

Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams Keen attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Previous experience in a sales support role is preferable but not essential

Basic Salary 28,000 - 32,000 DOE 25 days holiday On site parking
