This is a fantastic opportunity for an articulate individual to join one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the explosive Recruitment CRM/ATS sector. As a Client Support Representative, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting existing clients. Due to growth, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative candidate to support the business in a wide range of activities. The main purpose of this role will be to offer level 1 support to existing clients through email/chat functions. A dynamic personality with a drive to ensure customers receive an excellent service is essential.

The Role



You will respond to resolve customer queries through all our channels (including email, chat and support tickets. You will be empowering our customers to get the most out of their Tracker system and grow their businesses You will increase customer satisfaction and build loyalty by providing amazing, personal customer support You will escalate critical support issues to the appropriate internal channels Share feedback and insights with the broader organisation to help improve the software from customer feedback

Required Skills and Experience



Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Previous experience in a similar role (previous recruitment consultant experience would be desirable) Passionate about recruitment-technology Positive attitude, proactive approach to work Ability to prioritise workloads Any experience using a CRM or Recruitment Software

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
