Skin Suite

for practitioners.
We're now looking for a friendly, organised and proactive
Clinic Admin Assistant
to support our Clinic Coordinator and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
This is a
part-time employed role
for
10-15hrs/week (
plus additional shifts during holidays or in the event of illness when required
)
, ideal for someone who loves organisation, people, and being part of a small, passionate team.
You'll help ensure the clinic runs seamlessly day to day - from managing calls and bookings to creating a welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our door.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism as the first point of contact.
Handle calls, emails, and online messages quickly and courteously.
Support calendar and appointment management using
Calendly
and our clinic systems.
Take payments for treatments and skincare purchases.
Keep patient records accurate and up to date.
Assist with skincare stock and supply management.
Ensure the clinic is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times.
Provide light administrative support to the Clinic Coordinator and wider team.
About You
Friendly, approachable and reliable with great attention to detail.
Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using technology, email and online booking systems.
A great communicator - calm, clear, and confident with patients.
Keen to learn about skincare and aesthetic medicine (experience is a plus but not required).
Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team that values high standards and care.

Must be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
(Thursday evenings
