You will run a busy front of house with a wide range of duties delivering a WOW service to our guests.
You will learn about chiropractic and how to support the clinical team.

Position Reports To: CA Team Leader / Clinic Manager
Due to the hours of opening and the lack of flexibility within our shift pattern this job is not suitable for anyone in full time education
Position Summary
A Chiropractic Assistant delivers outstanding customer and team care following Alba Chiropractic Clinics recipes at all times
They are keen to expand their chiropractic knowledge and share it to raise chiropractic awareness both in and out of the clinic
This is a PART TIME position (average of 22 hours a week comprised of 6-hour shifts)
A mix of morning and afternoon/evening (07.30 start & 19.00 close) shifts
Flexibility to cover each other in sickness/absence/holidays essential
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures exceptional level of Customer Service and Customer Care - to maintain a centre that runs smoothly and efficiently
Open up and close down centre as per checklist
Ensure quality control of welcome area and clinic
Keeps welcome area room literature up to date
Guest story book open on tables/chairs
Adhere to all front desk recipes & protocols at all times
Ensures referral thank you sign is on the desk and updated monthly
Ensures welcome area screen and music are on at all times
Maintains the float in the till consistently
Participates in sales of products in line with clinicians recommendations
The front desk KPIs and stats are completed and signed every day
Monitors and manages their DC and MT lists to ensure they are clustered with block outs and filled to capacity
Ensures that their DC/MT meeting is diaried for the year and managed effectively
Checks their DC/MT patient information is accurately checked on a weekly basis
Their appearance is of the highest standard and in uniform in accordance with Alba Chiropractic Clinics' standards
Ensures that they follow the company handbook, courtesy system, cultural tenets and holiday system
Takes accountability for any quality control & cleaning with their therapists are in the room and at front of house when on shift
Ensures all provisions for all rooms are stocked at all times
Completes the weekly/monthly stock take
Attends team coaching, with their learning journal and gives positive contribution
Ensures they are ready for 'curtain up' at all times
Handles guest concerns and report any guest queries they cannot take care of to the CA Team Leader or Practice Manager
They read the communication and hand over books at the start of each shift
Ensure any written or verbal communication is clear and concise
Attends SCA or other Chiropractic seminars (agreed with their manager) at least once per year
Attends all monthly meetings and stratedgy days
Develops their knowledge of chiropractic (possibly through the CA on line programme)
Attends screenings and public events
Nurtures team members
Performs other duties as required
