Now, we're expanding our impact with the launch of a new

Wellness and Health Screening Clinic

, and we're looking for a

Clinic Business Manager

to lead the setup and operational delivery of this exciting new service.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up--designing systems, building supplier relationships, and embedding workflows that ensure exceptional, patient-centred care. Clinic Setup & Project Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of clinic operations, from planning stage.

Marketing & Business Development: Drive awareness and growth through strategic campaigns and performance tracking. Produce Marketing material and implement campaigns.

Supplier & Systems Integration: Build strong supplier partnerships and embed clinical SOPs into digital systems including clinic software, websites and laboratory partners

Client Engagement: Develop feedback mechanisms to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.

Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Design efficient clinic schedules and manage digital booking systems.

Stock & Budget Oversight: Monitor inventory, manage budgets,

Essential Skills:



Proven project management experience in clinic or healthcare settings

Expertise in clinic systems integration and SOP alignment

Strong operational planning and workflow design

Data analysis and KPI reporting skills

Marketing strategy development and implementation across digital and offline channels

Experience in client engagement and feedback systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

High attention to detail and compliance awareness

Desirable Skills:



Experience in private or NHS health screening/wellness services

Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics)

Change management capabilities

Knowledge of clinical governance, GDPR, and healthcare regulations

You'll be at the forefront of a transformative healthcare initiative, working with passionate professionals to deliver a service that truly makes a difference. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to leave a lasting legacy in a growing organisation.

This role will initially be based at our offices in West Calder on hybrid working basis with plan to Move to Edinburgh in 2026.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to 45,000.00 per year
