Are you ready to elevate your career within a growing luxury beauty brand that's gained attention from the likes of the

We are

Curlita Beauty Clinic & Academy

, a Black-owned, award-winning brand committed to high-level skincare, education, and empowerment -- with a reputation for exceptional treatments and industry-standard training. We're on the lookout for a

Clinic Coordinator

who will act as the organisational heartbeat of our flagship clinic and education space.

This isn't just an admin job. It's a chance to play a key role in a business that's scaling with purpose -- bringing accessible, inclusive, and high-performance beauty to the Midlands and beyond.

Your Role Will Include:

Planning & Diary Management

: Assist the CEO in managing all elements of the business week -- from client scheduling and event coordination to photoshoots, travel, and seasonal planning.

Business Support

Client & Student Experience

: Oversee student enrolment processes, welcome clients, and support the day-to-day client journey.

Creative Marketing Input

: Capture behind-the-scenes content, support with social media scheduling, and help maintain brand consistency (Canva and/or Photoshop skills are a bonus).

Operations & Organisation

: Manage supplies, organise internal meetings, liaise with external suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure the smooth running of our luxury space.

New Starters & Leavers

: Help onboard new team members and organise offboarding when necessary.

Event Preparation & Travel

: Book UK and international travel, venues, and accommodation as required -- flexibility is key.

Who You Are:

Proactive & Entrepreneurial

: You don't wait to be told -- you spot opportunities and take ownership.

Organised & Detail-Oriented

: You live by your to-do list and understand that luxury lies in the details.

Warm & Professional

: You're the face of the brand -- calm, articulate, and approachable, always.

Tech Savvy

: Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Canva, and ideally basic digital tools like scheduling platforms.

Creative & Visual

: Able to contribute to the visual feel of the brand through Canva or other tools (training provided).

Adaptable & Composed

: Thrives in a changing environment, calm under pressure, and a natural multitasker.

Inclusive & Open-Minded

: You understand that diversity is not a buzzword -- it's a value. We want someone who champions representation and respects all cultures.

Ambitious & Loyal

: You're not just looking for a job -- you're building a career. And so are we.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative, coordinator, or executive role Excellent written and verbal communication Impeccable attention to detail and time management Discretion and trustworthiness when dealing with sensitive information Confident appearance, client-facing, and highly presentable Driving licence required Valid passport for occasional international trips Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Canva (or willing to learn)

Bonus Points If You Have:

Photoshop or graphic design experience Experience in the beauty, education, or wellness industries Social media management or content creation skills

What We Offer:

Flexible working with some remote options (although on-site is key) Free parking at our Stafford HQ Complimentary and discounted luxury beauty treatments Opportunities to enrol in paid-for courses to develop your career Performance-based bonus structure A Volunteer Day annually for full-time staff (half-day for part-time) The chance to grow into a full-time permanent role with promotion potential

Be Part of a Bigger Vision

This is more than a clinic. We're building a movement. Our space supports clients who want to feel seen, students who deserve opportunity, and a team that celebrates every background, voice, and identity.
