To ensure clinic policies are explained and adhered to, giving feedback to the owner as required.
General administration to support clinicians operations and management of the clinic email, ensuring response times are in line with SRP policy.
Confidence in working with booking software platforms and office 365.
Ensuring that each client completes required medical consent forms prior to treatment
Assist clinicians with uploading of patient notes and medical charts and where needed assist the owner collating information for required inspections.
Responsible for correct financial reconciliation and reporting daily and monthly. All figures to be accurately recorded and shared with the owner. Ownership of the POS system reconciliation and where required to ensure patient documentation for use of medical insurance is created accurately and shared promptly.
Managing of medical sales and redemption of pre-paid service to be carefully monitored and managed as appropriate.
To take ownership of customer complaints process and know when to escalate and when to resolve and feedback to the owner.
To set up and attend meeting with the owner as required in the capacity of note taker and share the minutes to all parties afterwards.
