We are a leading aesthetic clinic based in Leigh on Sea & Rayleigh Essex, offering advanced skin and aesthetic treatments. We are seeking an experienced, organised, and creative Clinic & Marketing Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, manage diary bookings, and lead our digital marketing strategy.
This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive individual with strong experience in both front-of-house clinic management and results-driven marketing. A background in the aesthetic or beauty industry (or similar) is strongly desired.
Responsibilities
Clinic Management:
Oversee smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
Manage and coordinate clinic diary, including staff rotas, room usage, and client bookings (using Phorest)
Handle all client enquiries and convert leads from phone, email, and social media into bookings
Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client feedback or concerns
Monitor and maintain stock levels; liaise with suppliers as needed and help with ordering
Support and supervise front-of-house and clinical team where needed
Marketing & Campaigns:
Use Phorest, Meta Ads Manager and other softwares to manage and convert digital leads
Build and run email marketing campaigns to promote treatments and offers
Help create and schedule engaging content across social media platform and work/ liase with videographers externally to create content
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools
Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns to generate clinic enquiries
Coordinate photography, videography, and social media content with external creatives
Track lead conversion, client journey success, and campaign ROI
Requirements
1+ years in a clinic, salon, or aesthetic environment (highly desirable but not essential)
A passion/ knowledge of aesthetic and skin treatments and terminology
Excellent organisational and diary management skills
Confident using platforms like Phorest, email templates, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead a small team effectively
Creative flair and a data-driven marketing mindset
