This is ideally a
full-time position
with working hours to be discussed at interview, but flexibility will be key -- especially during the initial training and setup phase.
The right candidate will initially train at our Swindon clinic and provide cover there during June and July.
After this, they will take the lead on launching and managing the new Faringdon clinic, ensuring it runs smoothly and professionally from day one. They will report directly to the Swindon Head Office Clinic Manager and work closely with the wider leadership team to support ongoing development and resourcing as the Faringdon clinic expands.

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operational management of the Faringdon clinic
Oversee and coordinate staffing and rotas
Lead on-site team communication and support
Maintain a high standard of client care and experience
Manage booking systems, supplies, and clinic logistics
Support onboarding and training of new staff as the clinic grows
Act as keyholder and ensure safe opening/closing procedures
Cover Reception and administrative duties as needed, especially early on
Required Skills/Experience:
Previous experience in a healthcare, wellness, or customer-facing clinic environment
Strong administrative and IT skills
Confidence managing people, priorities, and processes
Experience working independently and as part of a team
Previous clinic management or supervisory experience desirable, but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate with strong transferable skills
