The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and organised

Clinic Manager

to join us on a

maternity cover

contract. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, exceptional patient experiences, and the effective coordination of our clinical and administrative teams.

You will oversee all operational aspects of the clinic -- from patient flow and scheduling to governance, compliance, and service standards. Working closely with consultants, nurses, patient services teams, and senior leadership, you will maintain a safe, efficient, and high-performing environment throughout the maternity cover period.

This role is ideal for a confident, proactive, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding healthcare experiences.

What You'll BringEssential

Proven experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare practice management Strong understanding of CQC requirements and governance processes Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to manage operational workflow in a premium, fast-paced environment Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Calm, professional approach with the ability to manage competing priorities

Desirable

Experience in private healthcare, aesthetics, or cosmetic surgery Qualifications in healthcare management or leadership Familiarity with electronic patient record systems Financial or budget oversight experience
