Clinic Manager (CQC Compliance + Sales Performance)

Location: Central London

Salary: 40.000-50.000 + strong performance bonus

We are a high-end, rapidly expanding wellness clinic specialising in:

IV Vitamin Therapy & NAD+ Ozone Therapy & EBOO Functional Medicine & Blood Testing Regenerative & Preventative Wellness
We combine clinical excellence, safety, and strong CQC standards with a premium client experience.

We are now seeking a Clinic Manager who can lead both the governance and regulatory side of the clinic and drive revenue growth, KPIs and team performance.

This is a senior-level position for someone highly organised, commercially minded and confident in managing clinical environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Combined: Compliance + Sales + Operations)

1. CQC, Governance & Clinical Compliance

- Ensure the clinic meets and exceeds all CQC standards (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, Well-Led)

- Maintain and update all policies, SOPs, audits and risk assessments

- Oversee infection control, clinical documentation, incident reporting and quality improvement

- Ensure staff training, CPD, competencies and clinical governance documents are always up to date

- Support the Nominated Individual and Registered Manager with evidence gathering and inspections

- Monitor medicines management, stock handling, fridge logs, expiry dates and pharmacy liaison

2. Sales, KPIs & Business Growth

- Drive performance on weekly, monthly and quarterly clinic targets

- Monitor KPIs:

- daily revenue

- consultation-to-treatment conversion

- rebooking rate

- package and membership sales

- VIP retention

- Lead upselling and cross-selling initiatives with staff

- Support influencer collaborations, marketing campaigns and promotions

- Create strategies for revenue optimisation and client retention

- Provide weekly business performance reports to Directors

3. Operations & Team Leadership

- Lead and supervise nurses, receptionists and admin staff

- Manage rotas, staffing levels and clinic scheduling

- Ensure a 5-star luxury experience for every patient

- Handle escalations, safeguarding concerns and complaints with professionalism

- Maintain a high-end, clean, safe, compliant clinic environment

- Train staff on compliance, sales and customer care

4. Stock, Pharmacy & Supplier Management

- Oversee stock control for IV products, consumables and medical items

- Ensure correct storage, temperature logs and expiry rotation

- Coordinate with pharmacies, suppliers and couriers

- Monitor ordering cycles, budgets and stock optimisation

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Previous experience in a medical, wellness, aesthetics or IV clinic

- Strong understanding of CQC standards and clinical governance

- Confident with sales, KPIs, upselling and business performance

- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

- Calm, professional, solution-focused and able to manage a busy clinic

- Knowledge of IV therapy, ozone therapy or functional medicine is desirable

- Pabau experience is a plus (training provided)
