The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable
Receptionist / Administrator
to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is central to the smooth running of the clinic and will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
Handling patient enquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality
Maintaining accurate patient records and clinic systems
Supporting clinicians and the wider team with administrative tasks
Processing payments and basic invoicing
Ensuring the reception area remains tidy and welcoming
About You
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (healthcare experience desirable but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident using computers and booking/record systems
Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
Calm, professional, and patient-focused
